OBBC upholds

The great common denominator among men is religion; all have it and none are without. Our only choice is which to have. Furthermore, that decision is the most fundamental engine that runs a person; no decision is more important.

Is there more than one true religion? As with a sum, there is only one right answer and all others are wrong.

God's words are like starfire lava.

Jeremiah 23

29 Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?

Psalm 12:6-7, AV 1611

6 The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.

7 Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.

The center point upon which all mankind pivots is TRUTH. God said he preserved his TRUTH perfectly down to this very day (Psa.12:6-7; etc.).

God's teaching of perfect preservation is found many times throughout Scripture and emerges clearly as the Bible's own doctrine on the preservation of Itself. It is called “The Bible's Doctrine of Scripture Preservation.”

From these many perfect preservation texts, Psalm 12:6-7 has become the recognized “flag pole” around which the Preservation doctrine rallies--the pathfinder text. This is because of the remarkable and detailed clarity of that representative text and because it strikes the “bulls eye” in that doctrine. Therefore, Psalm 12:6-7 is the anchor reference for the Preservation article of faith.

Having full belief in Psalm 12:6-7 as the basis for believing the Gospel is ground zero for perfect assurance of salvation. If you have incomplete belief in Scripture, its twin brother, doubting salvation, will be stalking you.

Will we accept Scripture in full belief and have all of its blessings? Or will we stop short of complete belief and not enter its rest? In other words, will we slouch a half-mile behind in half-belief like doubting Thomas; holding onto endless manuscript mumbo-jumbo, which nobody really understands anyway? Why be sunk in unbelief, grasping onto old and crumbling manuscripts? Live in the flow and newness of life, in the certainty of full belief!

Hebrews 3

19 So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.

John 12, AV 1611

46 I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.

47 And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.

48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

49 For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.

50 And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.

Therefore, those who REJECT Jesus and His Words guarantee themselves a home in the Lake of Fire. (John 12:48)

Show one Scripture that even hints at the Bible not being perfectly preserved. Since none has ever been found, what source do people listen to for their unbelief in the Bible's doctrine on the perfect preservation of Itself? Seeing that their doctrine of errors is NOT found in Scripture and so is NOT from God, it is not difficult to see from where they are getting their information. All unbelief is the belief of a lie. The father of lies is the Founder and President of the YHGS Society (Yea Hath God Said Society--Gen 3:1c, "...And [the serpent] said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said...?").

The new bibles have rejected lots and lots of verses and words, so at the Great White Throne Judgment you will not want to be near those who promoted those doctored bibles (see Jn 12:47-48 above). Try finding, for example, the numerous following verses in the NIV: Matthew 17:21; 18:11; 23:14; Mark 7:16; 9:44, 46; 11:26; 15:28; Luke 17:36; 23:17; John 5:4; Acts 8:37; 15:34; 24:7; 28:29; Romans 16:24. Besides these many whole verses, the NIV has also cut out hundreds and hundreds of more words.

Not only that, the NIV also footnotes out more whole verses. This footnoting strikes as a serpent at the very authority of those words being the Word of God. These footnoted out verses include: Matthew 12:47; 21:44; Mark 16:9–20 (12 vss); Luke 22:43–44 (2 vss); John 7:53–8:11 (12 vss).

What source causes these Bible mutilators to carry on like this? It is the Founder of the YHGS Society.

…they prophesy a lie in my name... (Jer 27:15)

(15) …thou makest this people to trust in a lie. (16) ...thou hast taught rebellion against the LORD. (Jer 28:15-16)

(8) …Let not your prophets and your diviners…deceive you… (9) For they prophesy falsely unto you in my name… (31) …that [prophet]…caused you to trust in a lie: (Jer 29:8-9, 31)

(25) There is a conspiracy of her [Israel's] prophets… (26) Her [Israel's] priests have violated my law… (28) And her [Israel's] prophets…divining lies… (Eze 22:25-26)

…prophesy against the shepherds of Israel…Woe be to the shepherds of Israel ... (Eze 34:2)

Like Israel of old, modern “Christianity” in America has also become perilously infected with a deadly condition--stoutheartedness against the words of God.

Scripture smashes and dynamites the Adversary’s theological deception that God’s words are not perfectly preserved; unleashing again the pure and immeasurably bright, soul-saving words of Jesus Christ.

The center point upon which all the
world and universe pivots is
Scriptural TRUTH.
